It costs from USD 12 (Starter) to USD 36 (Dream) per user per month billed annually, and its WhatsApp only lives in the Dream plan. Freshsales is a full CRM with AI, automations, and native WhatsApp via Freshchat, from USD 9 on Growth.
Curiously, the full CRM has the cheaper entry point: Freshsales Growth costs less than noCRM's Starter. If your team hates CRMs and only needs follow-up discipline, noCRM's simplicity has real value.
